Refunds and Exchanges
We aim to provide the best quality items to all of our clients. ALL items are thoroughly inspected before shipment. ALL sales are final; ALL items are made to order so we DO NOT issue refunds on any items.
We do NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size. If you need help with choosing your correct size, please contact us. When ordering anything custom, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected, in which case this has to be done locally. We will help you find a local tailor/seamstress to assist you should it be needed.
If you have ANY issue with an item due to an error on our part, please do not hesitate to contact us by email so that we may assist you!
Your deposit is a portion of your balance, once your deposit is placed, custom design will be started. Your Due Date is secure and your materials are ordered soon after, so deposits are non refundable. If you cancel your order after production is started, you lose your deposit along with any payments made.
All KMC Custom items are made to order (unless otherwise noted). Please allow up to 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase for your item to be made and prepared for shipping. If you need an item sooner, please email us at email@example.com to see if this is possible BEFORE placing your order, as you cannot cancel an order once we have begun the process. If you cancel anytime during the process, you lose your deposit.
After Processing time, Standard shipping is 3-5 business days or an Overnight option is also available upon request. Once the item ships, you will receive a tracking number to track your item. In the rare event that the item is lost or stolen in the shipping process, KMC Collections is not held responsible. However All Shipping rates will include full insurance on your package, so it can be used to be refunded your total amount.
Balance must be PAID IN FULL prior to shipping or this will delay the Shipping process.
